Hotel canceled reservation due to "overbooking" on day of expected check in. Hotel claimed Hotels.com booked without checking availability but my research suggests otherwise. Furthermore, booking was made 3 months before intended check in and hotel surely would have known before day of check in. Since our stay was only one night and not prepaid, I suggest we were easiest to cancel. For its part, Hotels.com was TOTALLY unreachable; its lines are totally automated and they offer a menu of "permitted" issues (not including ours). We made numerous futile attempts to reach an agent. Our solution for the future is to never use them again and book directly with hotels.

Convenient location

Perfectly fine accommodation with adequate truck and trailer parking available.

After arriving around 5 o’clock, 530 we were told our room was not ready. We found out that there is maid service only on request. We discovered this when reading the television screen. The bathroom had brown long hairs in the corner. We are a retired couple so long brown hair is not ours. I did take a picture of this very disappointed.

Room was clean and comfortable also very quiet

The whole room was very clean, as was the breakfast area. The food very good, multiple choices. The bathroom toilet ran but we handled it. It needs a part which we mentioned. Very close to everything. Help was very nice. Relatively quiet location, as well.

Check-in was very quick and efficient. The room was very clean, smelled great, and quite comfortable.

the bathtub had a very uneven floor and needs to be replaced. It is a fall hazard for sure!

Check-in process was friendly and quick. My room was super clean and comfy. Pillows were awesome! Workout room was convenient and clean as well. Awesome overnight stay.

Restaurants are walking distance. Great property.

Clean, lit up and spacious

Convenient for activities in Cheyenne. Walking/greenway path at back of property for exercise, etc. Walked at night to several restaurants, including a great pizza place. Great place to stay while in Cheyenne.

It is a little dated. The pool had black mold in it. The staff was awesome. All of them! They offered free dinner during Cheyenne Frontier very nice.
