The room was not spotless…. There were some hair in the bathtub The check in was very slow and we arrived in the shuttle with some people with vouchers for a missing flight…. I was traveling with a 3 year old baby soo we got attended at last ….. and Everyone got their room but us…. Who we’re traveling with a 3 year old baby!!!

Excelente servicio y atención al cliente y al piloto del shuttle lo quiero felicitar pues ha puesto en orden a las personas que al subir al bus estaban como locas tratando de subir todas al mismo tiempo y el chofer muy coordíal ha puesto orden .

To be « parked » at the breakfast was a very bad experience There were a zone where you cannot seat because it is for special guests !!! I’ve never seen that before and let me with a bad feeling
