The staff was very friendly, treated everyone like family.

The hotel is in an excellent location to experience downtown and the French Quarter. Staff was friendly and helpful. Requests were meet in a timely manner. Dislike—-air conditioning seems to be regulated by sensors? Maintenance did come and adjust; however, it is too hot in NOLA to not have rooms cooled when guests arrive.

Made my New Orleans experience worth it! The staff, cleanliness and location was great!

The stay was marvelous. The room and bathroom was clean and updated. The only thing that upset me was the valet only parking and the charge for wifi if you wasn’t a Bonvey member. But I really enjoyed my stay . I just know next time to pay attention to details ..
