We spent a long day traveling to the hotel. 10 hours on the plane and 3 hours on bus, train and cab to get to the hotel. This hotel was near the cruise harbour and previous reviews said it was nice. What very pleasant surprise when we entered the doorway to the Leonardo Grand Harbour. The concierge greeted us with cheerful salutation and said let me take your baggage and he would make sure it gets to the room after we check in. What a relief not to have to move it around any more. As we were checking in the hotel staff handed us a refreshing cool drink. When we checked in and received our keys, the concierge asked if we were going on one of the cruises. After we confirmed, he asked which cruise and what time and he would arrange for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the cruise ship in time for boarding. Another task no longer needed to arrange. Quite nice. We were tired so we ate at hotel and the food was excellent. A very nice room. We included breakfast at check-in. I will say the breakfast was excellent. A buffet with many tasty choices. The concierge held our luggage after checkout and when the taxi arrived he helped the driver load the luggage. The Hotel was top notch and the concierge was the highlight and made the stay memorable.

Reception staff were good, but concierge and some staff at Leo’s restaurant were lacking. Bathroom plumbing was very confusing so having a shower seemed impossible. Hotel was in a good location.

Excellent service from check in to check out. Lovely staff, lovely room, lovely food. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is in need of an update, with attention to detail for any renovations. The walls of the hotel rooms are thin and you can hear people in neighbouring rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially given one of our party were being disturbed by a party in the neighbouring room. Staff moved them to another room. Breakfast was ok. The spa/swimming pool is in need of some tlc.

I have an Apple iphone 17 and hotel didn’t provide the conversion socket in the room. When I asked the front desk, they only had a few and were all loan out to guests. Finally, the front desk staff was very helpful who lent me her own but had to use at the reception area. My recommendation is hotel shall prepare sufficient sockets for international travellers or remind guests from overseas to bring their own.

Great in every way from welcome to water etc in room the only thing they could improve is keep the bar open after 10:30

Quick, effective checkin. All interactions with staff were positive, professional and friendly, they were all very able in doing their jobs. The only thing that lets the hotel down is that it may need updated, but that said everything works well, is clean and tidy.

A standard room is well appointed but rather small. The staff was professional and welcoming. There are many restaurants in the area and it is very close to the cruise terminal.

The hotel appeared clean but there was a musty smell throughout the hotel that smelled like they are putting febreeze over it so it was kind of a weird smell. Our air conditioning didn't work and we called the front desk 3 times and it was never fixed, nobody contacted us about it, and our windows wouldn't open. It was hot and musty and we all slept with no covers on because it was so hot in our room. The pillows and bedding felt cheap. The pillows were flat and hard, no fluff left in them at all. However, the plus side of things, it has a bar and you can get room service, there was a nice restaurant inside, and it was almost right next door to the mall which is very walkable so there are a number of food and beverage options. The staff was nice and very helpful. The only issue with the staff was that nothing was done about the ac situation.

Second time I have stayed. Perfect location for the port, restaurants, shopping etc. Great service. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful overnight - the bell staff were very good to recommend to us we organize a time for our luggage pickup and also arranged for a taxi for us to the cruise termina Bravo and thank you!

The location is good and the Hotel puts in the effort of a classic hotel. Some parts are maybe needing an update but overall a good experience.

I booked a night here before my cruise and everything was swonderful. My room was large and clean. The pub had wonderful staff and I enjoyed having a pint of beer on their deck. I ate supper at Marco Pierre and enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast in the same area the next morning. The concierge here were outstanding! They are always visible, will store your luggage and even arrange taxi transfer to the cruise port. Very organized, and safe feeling - especially for a solo woman traveler.
