Holiday Inn ligger i ett område där det inte finns något annat än hotellet. Därmed är man hänvisad till deras restaurang som använder en elektronisk bordsbeställning där man dessutom ska ge "Service Fee" före beställningen(gissa vilken prioriteringen man får om det inte läggs till något)!! För mig tog det 40 minuter och tre extra tillsägelser att få en öl till maten trots 10% dricks. Det finns andra hotell med bättre service.

All staff friendly and quick service for evening meal . Order from table tablet was great! Breakfast had wide range of choice from cold and hot buffet. Would stay again. Only issue I have is the £12 parking but I was aware of that before I booked. Pool was great and no time restriction for kids. Nice little steam room too. Would happily stay again.

Easy check in. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Only let down was how warm the gym area was. Overall clean and convenient

I had already booked thru Expedia and paid which I had evidence of. Staff said the card was declined. Therefore, currently, I have paid twice

It was very comfortable though tough to get around as I have disability issues. However, I had to book last minute due to an error by Vrbo with another property so I will not complain.

I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues).

We booked a room for 4 people, and were presented with a double sized sofa bed and king size bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had a think mattress which meant you could feel the centre metal bar. Also, the sofa bed was uneven.

Very nice stay. Only thing is parking not included for guest.

Lovely experience from wonderful staff, very clean with a handwritten message from the cleaning staff left on the mirror in the room which was a lovely touch!

The hotel was dated

The properties adequate kitchen and food facilities look fairly new and in good condition however the hallways and carpet definitely need a change as they are dated and in poor condition room facilities were three star - adequate

Good location Good staff Good breakfast spread (restaurant manager: Sudha Pandey was very friendly, courteous and considerate to my family) Easy and fast check-in and check-out process Comfortable room (we took an executive suite - for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids) Convenient and spacious convention rooms Lots of parking spaces (but paid spots, not free for overnight stay) We stayed for one night, for a ‘business’ trip, i.e., to attend a convention.

The on table ordering of food and drinks, via a tablet, is very impersonal and very much lacking the human element. Disappointed. Food and human delivery was good. Parking was lucky as most spaces already taken but a car moved just as I arrived.

Bit misleading to call it an airport hotel, as it is not. There is no way to walk from the hotel to the airport or to the train station. Great hotel otherwise.

Overall a pleasant stay. My only negative was that the air condition was not working. We were moved to another room because of this and the same issue; no AC. We were given a fan which was at least a compromise

Its really good especially restraunt and reception staff is very nice but breakfast is very limited variety overall its nice

The room was lovely pool was fantastic clean environments Staff definitely made the stay amazing! so friendly helpful and made the kids welcomes! definitely recommend and if ever in the area again i would come back

A brilliant stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were perfect for us. We stayed in a suite and were a family of four.

This hotel was lovely, friendly staff and kept clean throughout. Took the family for a short break. The pool was aaaamazing and so warm and my children had the best time!. We will definitely be returning.
