The room was beautiful and spotless. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious and well presented.

While this hotel is 4 stars, it should be 5! First off-the staff is very friendly and there to help with anything that you need. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was so kind which made every morning a real treat. The room was cleaned every single day and was spotless. There wasn't a single strand of hair in sight ( I am very particular about this). We are getting married in Rome and plan to spend one night here again because we loved it so much.

Great location: close to Spanish steps and fountain trevi. Breakfast was freakin awesome…! Staff really friendly and helpful. Room small but really clean and sound proof. Slept really well. Did I mention the breakfast was incredible..! Had a great experience. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to staying at the exact same place. Hotel Barocco

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Hotel Barocco. Room was spotless and luxurious. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast and breakfast service were a highlight of our stay and indeed the trip. The location is great as it is close to several key areas and within walking distance to most of things we wanted to see. It is also within walking distance of the main train terminal. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We stayed 9 days at Hotel Barocco. When we return to Rome it will be at the top of our list to stay at.

Great attentative staff, great building and location.

Amazing stay. The hotel is great and great staff. Bed was comfy and good bathroom. Warm and cozy and did provide umbrella. Very close to metro and walkable to a lot of good restaurants and great locations to explore rome from.
