Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel King of Prussia

The hotel had a big room. We stayed on the second floor, in a King bed and sofa bed bedroom. Bathroom was very big also. The room view was the parking lot but it was very quiet. Pool area is nice. The room was not super clean, you could see some spots in the bathroom corners. The carpet smelled a little. Bathroom was very big with 2 sinks but the bar for the hand towels was on top of the toilette far from the sinks and had just one towel hook by the shower. So after the shower there were no place to hang towels. or to place wet clothes after the pool.

Staff was womderful

Clean rooms, attentive and friend staff. They have any request we made covered within minutes. The pool and gym were clean and well equipped. Only thing I could add is to have towels available poolside. The breakfast options were good, healthy and delicious. Thank you again Sheraton Hotel for your hospitality. From my family to yours.

Room was comfortable and clean. Shopping and food was very convenient nearby.

No hot water, room not clean! Expected more the nightly rate!

Our room was not cleaned. Trash was left in room, beds not made, towels not replaced and nothing cleaned. My family was in another room and it was not cleaned either. We called the front desk and all they did was drop towels off. Very disappointing that we had to clean the room, remove trash, make the beds and wipe down tables. We put the trash in the hallway and it was still there the next morning when we checked out.

WiFi never worked. Room was not up kept. Shower would leak out everywhere.

The concierge was very helpful. The room and property were nice. There was a wedding at the venue so parking was sparse.

Service was Exceptional! They attended to every request in a timely and professional manger. I will be back!

Bed was super comfortable and room was relaxing hotel was very beautiful, kids enjoyed the pool, the food was delicious!

Excellent location! Don’t look else in the KOP area this is the hotel you need to stay. Room was spacious so was the bathroom. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool & courtyard. The front desk staff was wonderful. Easy check-in & check-out process. Highly recommend.

Amazing service

Excellent experience

We had no power, heat or electricity from about 9:00PM until check out the next morning. Our food was also spoiled because the refrigerator didn’t seem to be working at all our entire stay. We put leftovers in Friday night and they were completely warm when we attempted to eat them Saturday (before the power went out). Were told by the person at the front desk that it was an electric company issue and we would not be refunded any money back for the night or given anything towards a future stay. Employee at the front desk was unconcerned and continued to say that it was the electric company’s fault and they were not responsible. We completely understand when things our out of your control, however why didn’t the property have a generator or acted to care when we voiced our concerns. Very disappointed with the Sheraton and will never stay at this property again.

The rooms were clean and spacious.

Overall the hotel is good. The ice machines on many floors were out of service. The ATM was also out of service. The indoor pool is small but very nice. Rooms do not include a microwave which would be an improvement.
