Un hotel muy lindo, con disco bar y multiple opciones de restaurante

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and accommodating. The pool was fun for the whole family. The location was easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, and baseball game. Very safe location and property.

Un hotel muy limpio y organizado. Todo el personal muy amable y cortez. Es un lugar céntrico y pudimos caminar alrededor del hotel sin ningún problema. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia ahí. El desayuno fue de lo más delicioso y los meseros muy amables y sonrientes

This is a beautiful historic hotel, and clearly the management takes a lot of pride in the public spaces, especially the lobby and bar/restaurant areas. Our room was large, clean and generally comfortable but certain maintenance issues were noticeable - the HVAC in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The shower fixtures had significant visible hard water buildup that affected

This hotel has been here forever...well longer than I have been around and I was born and raised here in ELP..has alot of history..clean, has the dome bar, good wifi..easy to get too..a restaurant..would have liked a bit of champagne but the glasses never came...wondering why front desk wanted to give me a handicap room when I am not handicapped in any shape or form

Nice property with very good restaurants. Took a long time to check in. Even though I noticed more than one hotel staff member, only one of them was helping guests.

The elevator wouldn’t work to our floor we had to go to the floor before and take the stairs to our floor

This is now my go to hotel for El Paso stays. Upon entry, live piano and a class of champagne. That should have been the first clue for the entire stay...top notch! Add in spacious, comfortable, and well decorated room, rooftop bar & pool, and cigar lounge. Can't go wrong.
