Hotel com excelente localização. Em frente à uma marina e à uma quadra da rua principal. O quarto oferece um bom conforto, apesar de pequeno. Poderia ter um espaço maior para as roupas. Aquecimento bom. Café da manhã muito bom, com opções deliciosas. Atendimento muito cordial. Amamos ficar aqui e gostaríamos de retornar.

Awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner is served which is a plus since restaurants are so expensive. The dinner varied everyday but the breakfast was the same-which was still good. The rooms are small but to us that was not important since we are not in a the room all day. We reserved the water view and let me tell you, it’s so worth it. It tends to get noisy at night. Very noisy. I was surprised that the snow was not removed around the perimeter of the hotel when all the other places were cleared. Nevertheless, it’s right on the heart of the city center and it was so convenient. Near the airport too-just a 20 minute ride by bus. There’s a 7-11 and a Kiwi supermarket which is super convenient and worth it. The tourists shops are way overpriced, but surprisingly the clothing gear way cheaper than the USA and worth it in buying so get some. The hotel does not provide touring options but the Radisson Blu is a few steps away so you can book there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Highly recommend. Close to everything; Tromsø’s city center, shops, many restaurants, sites of interest, 20 minutes from the airport. The dinner is a plus, especially in such an expensive city. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing stay... staff was great! We didn't realize we would be fed for breakfast and dinner... plus a daily snack! The location was perfect with accessibility to everything and the view was beautiful!

A lovely hotel by the port, right in the middle of all the tourist attractions.

Ein gemütliches Hotel, mit sehr, sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern!!!! Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, mit großer Auswahl von ausgezeichneter Qualität! Das Abendessen besteht aus Suppe, Salaten und einer - sehr guten - Hauptspeise! Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, leider kein Kleiderschrank. Aber für eine Woche ist das völlig in Ordnung.

Ship like atmosphere!

Personeel is heel aardig. Je wordt goed verzorgd. Sauna is te klein voor de vraag. Fitness is niet echt een fitness.

Good location by the harbour, shops and restaurants. However for the price paid, had expected a better room with amenities like water kettle etc. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but dinner a bit disappointing. Overall a reasonable hotel.

Siamo arrivati pieni di aspettative e l’accoglienza alla reception perfetta. Ma la camera piccola e avevo chiesto no moquette e letto matrimoniale e invece c’era un letto piccolissimo nemmeno alla francese e la moquette alla quale io sono intollerante.Solo la vista porto e’come richiesto. Il mattino dopo e anche quello successivo siamo usciti e una volta tornati la camera non era stata pulita e nemmeno fatto il letto e in bagno non erano stati cambiati nemmeno gli asciugamani che abbiamo trovato in terra bagnati come avevamo lasciati. Non è piacevole tornare e trovare la camera in quelle condizioni. Nonostante la lamentela e che ci hanno assicurato che il giorno dopo l’avrebbero ordinata,anche il giorno successivo abbiamo trovato la camera non sistemata e il letto sfatto.. E’dovuto salire il ragazzo Emil molto gentile a rifare il letto e a cambiarci gli asciugamani. Inaccettabile questo comportamento in un hotel che per tre notti abbiamo speso più di 1200€ per non avere alcun servizio e in una camera piccolissima senza frigobar e un bagno basico dove camera anche la carta igienica quasi finita..

Ein renovierungs bedürfiges Hotel. Standartzimmer sind sehr klein , und minimal eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut, Abendessen lässt zu wünschen übrig, Resten verwertung a go go....nicht 4 Sterne würdig.Sitzbank beim Eingang war super für Spikes anzuziehen.
