I had a good experience staying at this hotel. It was just a 2–3 minute walk from the station, which was really helpful when we had to carry large luggage. As we arrived too early to check in, they kept our luggage in a secured room. The hotel lobby is spacious and furnished with couches and tables, making it a comfortable place to wait for your companions if needed.

A central hotel, close to transport, Resturaunts. Etc we had a fabulous meal in the walking street Around the corner.

Very beautiful, elegant, and well located hotel. We were friendly welcomed by the staff and felt pampered the whole time. Truly a beautiful recommended place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, bars and places to see and across the road is the metro which provides easy access to other areas of the city

Después de reservada y pagada la habitación, el hotel te manda un correo, en el que al pie dice que a parte de la reserva (casi 400 € dos noches), a la salida tienes que pagar de forma voluntaria (sin factura) un 20% de lo pagado si quieres que cobre el personal del hotel (no es una traducción literal, pero es muy proxima)

Hotel super confortável, ótima localização, próximo à estação de trem Porta Nuova e ao centro histórico. Possui restaurante e servem café da manhã nao incluso na diária.

There was problems charging my credit random large amounts which I’m still dealing with!

Localização incrivel , muito próximo a estação de trem , e mesmo assim ao lado das principais ruas e pontos turisticos , restaurantes e cafés.Quarto espaçoso, bom isolamento acustico , cma confortavel, chuveiro maravilho, café da manhã variado com bom atendimento. A recepção pronta auxiliar , exceto a recepcionista que nos atendeu no check in,

A unique property for many reason including the welcome by the staff; roomy, etc… The only problem is the variety of TV channels

Convenient spot near Porta Nuova train station to spend one night. Chose it because it said they have an airport shuttle. But when I inquired they said they would call a taxi. A little disappointed - 45 euro to airport.

Superb… Definitely value for money, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone going to Turin👍👍
