Very helpful staff, nice ambience and rooms, clean, great aircon and very convenient for the station.

My second stay at this property. Location, hospitality, facility all good. Just one bad : no coffee machine in rooms. Of course, there are good bars nearby, sometimes it's bit of hassle to go out when you want to stay in your room

Hôtel très bien situé, au centre de Turin. Lit très confortable, chambre très propre et insonorisée. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Suggestion : Comme nous sommes en Italie, l’hôtel pourrait proposer à la place du chou fleur-carottes- haricots verts au petit déjeuner, des courgettes ou des poivrons grillés. Nous aurions apprécié. Par contre, nous n’avons pas apprécié la taxe de ménage à payer en supplément à la fin du séjour et qui correspond à 5% du montant du séjour . Surtout que l’on est prévenu qu’une fois la réservation effectuée ! Ça a un peu gâché notre retour même si nous avons passé un agréable moment à Turin

No on site parking. Manager gave us a Hotel space for overnight. Very nice of him.

Excellent all round. The person who checked is in was really helpful, finding us a room even though we were hours early and our original room hadn't been prepared yet, then spending ages explaining where we should visit in the city. The only tiny problem was a bottle of water from the mini fridge had been incorrectly added to our bill but that was removed without question when we queried it.

Ideally located, upscale and reasonably priced. Clean and comfortable.

Rent, stort rom. Veldig god lokasjon, rett ved jernbanestasjon og alt av shopping og restauranter og severdigheter i gåavstand.
