Room had dirty towels and room wasn't the cleanest

The rooms are outdated bed was old

Charge to park at hotel , pay on arrival at machine in lobby , so as you check in and with all your bags you have to go back and pay to park your car at the hotel your already paying for

Nice stay. Hotel was busy so nice atmosphere at dinner and breakfast. All staff very approachable and helpful. Some works being done to upgrade the pool and spa facilities affected the make changing area.

Perfect 2 days stay

Clean spacious room for the family. Good facilities for family at this price point. Extra bed provided for children - everyone got a proper bed to sleep in. Cool and accessible room, everyone slept. Good selection at breakfast. Wished we had booked ahead for the pool to get a better time slot.

We had a really comfortable stay in a very spacious room which included 2 double beds and 2 large reclining chairs and still had room for furniture, closet space was good and bathroom layout was suitable but could be freshened up. Facilities were really good we used the pool and sauna etc whilst there, changing rooms were clean and spacious. We ate breakfast the choice was phenomenal something for everyone, the pancake making machine is a fun addition for the BIG kids 😂😂😂. Was a very relaxed and fun weekend away overall was a really great first time experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating was also very well priced for standard.
