Our room was in the front of the building and the noise level was high. We were able to hear the room next door's people talking and very loud, also slamming doors.

One of the best stays ever! Staff was amazing. Hotel is beautiful!

The hotel was tired feeling. One of 2 of the elevators to our room was out and we were on the highest floor. I wish I had known that one of the towers had been recently renovated. Our room was clean but tired, linens…our TV was out but eventually fixed. I would not choose to stay there again

We found the properties location was excellent for Bourbon street & we couldn’t believe how close we were to everything. All the best dinning options were only 5 minute walk away.

From check in... throughout the stay, I found staff to be professional courteous and , it gave us a feeling of being special.

Perfect location and facilities for quick couples trip.

We showed up at the hotel Monteleon for a quick two night visit to New Orleans. The entire staff was amazing from the moment we stepped out of the taxi cab to the moment we left to the airport. We were greeted at the front door by one of the best doorman ever, Thomas, who was amazing with the smile he gave us and the friendship and the absolute professionalism he displayed. We were taken care of by the great staff throughout the hotel stay. Our room was fantastic, quiet and enjoyable. The Carousel bar was amazing as usual. We also had the check baggage room attendant, Nolan, who was one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. He took care of us at all times, knew us by name every time we walked by and was like a friend by the time we left. We will always stay at the Monteleon any time we come to New Orleans. What a fantastic place and fantastic people. I just can’t say enough and I have reviewed many places and hotels over the years, but this is the best place in all of the United States.

A true French Quarter classic. The Monteleone has managed to maintain its premiere luxury status over the decades. Our family’s favorite New Orleans hotel for 3 generations.
