The lobby is quite impressive but the room is not: cheap plastic floors, basic furniture and fake marble bathroom

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly and I’d definitely stay here again.

Quick check-in, and room was ready early too so we only went to drop bags off and was actually able to have the room! Lovely room , clean and spacious. Friendly staff! Great stay.

Main complaint was on returning to the hotel at 1am this morning sat 7th feb, some of the behaviour by a group of people in the bar was completely out of order. 4 of them were extremely drunk or high, vocally very loud, playing music on their phone at full volume on the bar counter. They also left an unbelievable mess, eating chinese food. Not acceptable behaviour for a hotel of your standings

Room was spotless and staff were exceptional all round

We had such a great stay here. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff were so attentive and really friendly and the breakfast had thee best variety. The added extras of fresh cold water and ice machine on our floor was great. The 12pm check out time was also an amazing bonus. The location was right in the centre of Dublin with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. We can not wait to return here. 5 stars all round from us.

Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was average. Very crowded. Major drawback was corridor noise from whatever flooring has been installed. Could hear every conversation and suitcase being wheeled along.

My booking was made 10 months in advance for four twin rooms, on arrival all rooms had double beds with one pull down bed made up in one room. When I raised a complaint I was offered a complimentary breakfast for our last morning which we already had in our booking. I told the manager we had paid £160 for breakfast on our arrival day and asked for that to be reimbursed but he said this wasn’t possible??? He then offered complimentary drinks which I accepted but when we redeemed this later that evening we were offered only four drinks!! The hotel itself is excellent but our stay was not what we had expected due to the poor attitude from staff to a problem created by the hotel
