Staff great, location awesome, clean room. When we arrived, my reaction was, wow! I have stayed in about 500 hotel rooms due work and have been surprised maybe 3 times. This was one. Absolutely, for the price and expectations, wayyyyyyy better than expected. Did not expect such a big room. Only negative is that Netflix or prime would be nice on TV vs. Cable. All in all, be back 100%

Very clean and the front staff were very accommodating!

Staff were extremely helpful. We also were placed on the 20th floor with an excellent view of downtown Vancouver. What a view coupled with the suite made these 2 nights very special

The staff were great. The room was clean. The location is perfect.

It was a nice room with good amenities. The only challenge I had was putting the Privacy Please sign on my door so my room would remain untouched and coming back and seeing that my room had been serviced and the privacy please sign removed as a part of it.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, amazing location. Very clean and comfortable even if ever so slightly outdated. The value is great. Would definitely stay again. We easily walked to Roger’s Stadium, Costco, BC Place. Tons of different restaurants from small and quick to large and fancy. Incredible independent coffee shops and we’re from Seattle. Vancouver does coffee so well.

早朝の到着だったのですが、快くアーリーチェックインをさせていただけて大変ありがたかったです。 客室は古い設備ではあったものの清潔に保たれていたため不便は感じませんでした。またデイリーの清掃も行き届き、快適に過ごすことができました。周辺にはレストランも多く食事には全く困らない立地ですが、私たちはホテルから至近のスーパーマーケットで買い物をして食事をすることができたため、お財布にも胃袋にも優しかったと感じています。
