The laundry facilities are NOT working at all.

The stay was comfortable but showing signs of aging compared to a new building. The bed was comfortable, we slept very well, but the rest of the furniture was nothing to rave about. The bathroom was similar, not bad, but showing its age.

Well they didn't clean any of my rooms very well and each time I requested service they said they would take care of it but did not. Other than that the breakfast is pretty good when my phone isn't getting grabbed while I'm eating lol 😂 but for real

My room was perfect. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. Nice attentive managers. Welcoming breakfast area. The only thing I did not like was the security door . I had too much stuff in my hands to open it . It was a good feature to have though. The building felt safe .

The staff was kind and very helpful in making sure I was accommodated with local information about dining options and attractions.
