My room was clean and very comfortable. The entire property was well kept.

We stayed 2 days and enjoyed the river walk and the proximity to downtown. The bedding looked so new and fresh. The extra of a picnic basket lunch and dinner was a wow.

Only issue was shower was very slow to drain. Otherwise great!

Very nice hotel nearby the Mississippi River. Walkable.

The rooms were exceptionally quiet at night. The location couldnt have been more perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The desk clerk said at 2:32pm "Your room is ready. There will be a $25 charge for early check in" Evidently they want guests to wait in lines to check in at 3:00.

Outstanding!!! Our only criticism is the lack of grab bars in the shower and near the toilet.

Conveniently located, excellent customer service, amenities were great, food was delicious, and the prefect place to stay during Riverfest!

Nicely updated lobby and bar/restaurant. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, but not a lot of lighting that actually lit up the room

So nice to be able to park the car and walk to so many wonderful restaurants and bars. Being close to riverside park is so nice. We enjoyed the sunset on the benches by the Mississippi River.

It was good except for the shower that did not work at all; what a problem and how could they not know this????

Checkin was easy and fast with friendly efficient staff. We were on the 6th floor near the elevator but had no concerns with noise. The room was clean and nice with a beautiful view of downtown! My husband and I met a friend for drinks in the lovely bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. The view is magnificent! We were walking distance to downtown so we went and had a few drinks at a couple bars, then returned for a lovely night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable and pillows soft. I'd love to know what kind of mattress they have. We slept soundly and woke refreshed. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Fluffy towels. Would've appreciated more than 2 washcloths but we made do and it didn't negatively affect our stay and we weren't gonna interrupt the shower to go get more. We had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant downstairs with the perfect view of the riverfront. We went for a walk down the riverfront before packing up for checkout. Checkout was easy and we notified the staff of a loose toilet seat in the bathroom. It was a perfect little date get away fora couple of new empty nesters. We'll be back!!
