Very nice and quiet stay, really enjoyed myself.

They have to renew the Rooms of the carpet room

Didnt get my refund nor did i get to stay at this hotel

La unica cosa que no me gusto es paga l9 dolares por estacionamiento cada dia.

Check-in was at 4 PM, but the room wasn’t ready until about 4:30 PM

It was ok our bathroom wasn’t clean properly dust and soap scum but everything was ok

They never answered the phone

Me and my wife got to the hotel it was very nice. We were told we had to wait our room wasn’t ready so we waited in the lobby. About 45 minutes later we were told they over booked and we had to be taking to another hotel. We were very disappointed because that’s not were we wanted to stay. So for that I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family. We should of been compensated for or inconvenience but wasn’t.

the room i reserved was given to someone else and now i have to dispute charges because they charged by bank card AND my credit card... wasnt a good experience

When I make the reservation the breakfast price was 18usd , but I don’t take, when I arrived to the Hotel I want to eat something in breakfast, the hotel wants to charge me 35 USD
