Limited breakfast choices, maybe we can add salad and yogurt? Also there’s no need to have two types of eggs at the same time. For the bathroom, maybe we can have something for teeth brushing? Like a cup and a convenient set of toothbrush and toothpaste.

We loved our stay at Wild Palms! On our 3 week trip in many hotels, this was by far our favorite! The property is very well kept-up. The room was spacious, with nice bathroom, bed area & closet space. Everything was CLEAN!! The breakfast was plentiful including oatmeal, boiled and fried eggs, bagels, toast, pancakes etc. We had a wonderful stay!!

Everything is ok, but there isn't an elevator

Our stay was easy and loved that the staff would provide notes when we had DND on our door to ensure if we needed service. Breakfast was nice and the ease of parking made this place a steal!

I really enjoyed this hotel. Their complimentary breakfast was good. Everything was really nice, except their jacuzzi water was less than ideal, so we didn’t dare to use it. Otherwise, my overall experience was great!

We had an amazong stay here. The staff were amazing and the hotel itself was very comfortable. No complaints

Clean, staffs were good. Breakfast was good. Con’s is we can hear footsteps of the occupants upstairs around 11pm when you want to rest for early flight.

Overall experience is adequately good with the low price, and that is to say, if it weren’t for the price and location, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. ( and the price is not VERY low, it’s just comparably lower than other hotels in the area). The room has a smell when we opened the door, but it was bearable. It was quite stuffy. And the bed for double room is too short for me— I’m a short girl already. The staff was friendly but it was hard to reach them, and all the requests have to be done in the front desk — that means when you request toothpaste, you’ll need to go to the front desk to fetch them, and they won’t deliver it to your room. Also, they gave you a QR code which directs you to their WhatsApp but no one replied to the message actually. The amenities are ok. The gym is small but ok to use. The breakfast is free but not good at all.

Dejligt og velbeliggende hotel. Kunne godt have brugt lidt mere morgenmad at vælge imellem, men der var rigeligt af det, som var der.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Beautiful pool and lounge area! Rooms need to be updated to match the wonderful quality of the outdoor and lobby area. Beds were comfortable, though!

We loved our stay here for a night before flying out of SJC. The staff were lovely -- super happy, helpful, and were clearly happy to be supporting travelers. The hotel is bright and playful, clean, and just a really excellent value. We'd absolutely stay here again.
