Really disappointed….
I’m living with a handicap and sent a mail requesting a large bed, due to my handicap.
And I booked a superior room fit that purpose and I received a mail confirming a room with large bed!
I went to my room where there were… 2 single beds! And when I got back to the reception, they simply said they don’t have rooms in that category with large beds! Although they confirmed in writing !
And they won’t offer any compensation!
I feel discriminated.
I addition the room was poor, no closet to put your cloths, no safe in the room, no tissues in the bathroom and only one elevator !
Really sad story…
