The inner rooms are not as nice as the superior rooms. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The rooftop and pool are an added perk! Love how close it is to so many sites in Barcelona.

Such lovely staff, beautiful building, the pool and rooftop bar are great touches. The room I had was on the cheaper side of rooms there, generally I’d say it was worth the money! A couple of rough spots in the room-some spots on the bathroom ceiling and a chip in the flooring, but very clean and well maintained otherwise -appropriate for the cost! Great location, I’d stay again

Outstanding hotel for our family trip to Barcelona. The kids loved the penthouse pool. Great location, close to shopping and many restaurants. Easy cab ride to all the local sites.

The staff provided great service

The staff were very helpful and booked tickets for us, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, a lot of things are within walking distance including Casa Batllo which was a 10 minute walk.

The room and much of the property smell like straight up sewage. I had to occasionally pour water down the bathroom floor drain to keep the smell away. In the hall walking beside me to the elevator was a full grown huge cockroach. My girlfriend also felt something crawling on her in the bed and saw it run away. Third issue was that taxes were not fully included and we were charged at the front desk. The manager's response to the first 2 issues was "Its an old building" which I don't understand because you still need to hire exterminators. And on the tax issue, she said it's illegal to pre-pay taxes but then I'm confused why Expedia says "All taxes included". All in all this was a terrible experience. The manager did move us to a renovated room for the last day but I would have preferred to leave. I didn't want to even eat breakfast there after seeing the cockroach. On the older vs renovated rooms there is a huge difference. Pics on Expedia are the renovated, not what we received.

The hotel location was very convenient to all the sites of the city. We walked to the majority of the sites and if we needed a taxi the staff was happy to help. They also recommended 2 great places for dinner. We stayed in a family suite and it was 2 good sized rooms with a connecting door. The layout was spacious and practical. The rooftop has an outstanding view and the pool was great for a mid day cooldown.

Excellent location. Tons of helpful staff that are always eager to help. Beautiful rooftop bar and pool. Amazing breakfast that my teen kids loved. So close to everything that we wanted to do and the metro.
