Super helpful staff in reception, taking care of problems with ease. They managed to get the bathtub functional which made the day for the kid having a special bath time at night. It's a really good hotel to stay at and good position to explore room from.

For the location and the money I must say that this was one of the nicest hotels in Rome. The location made it incredibly easy to access public transportation, which was a significant advantage. I was fortunate enough to be assigned a lovely room with a balcony and a street view, which added to the charm of my stay. The breakfast offered was excellent, providing a variety of options to start the day right. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. I would also like to commend your staff, especially Francesco, who was exceptionally helpful. He provided valuable advice regarding transportation and was always willing to assist with any questions.

I have been to AG many many times. And extended stays each time. Always wonderful. This last trip some challenges at the hotel and many times switched rooms. I know they are renovating. One thing I did not know in all the years was Allowing dogs - and I had a barker for hours left alone in room next to me. The rooftop is amazing. Staff amazing. They are fixing water issue they told me. Always a 5 star review from me until this past time- I am confident they will fix what is necessary and reopen better than ever. I am grateful for all my years at AG and close to Vatican where I always want to be. Massimo, Francesco, and all the staff are so wonderful. And always happy smile when I see them again.

The hotel is on the Via Crescenzio, one of the main arterial roads around the Vatican, so if you have your window open it is very noisy at night (particularly at the moment when there are a lot of works going on). The hotel is okay, the room was a good size, but it is in need of upgrading and improvement; there was only one functional plug in my room which was also very loose (dangerous), and no plug for the bath. In summary, it was okay but not good enough for a four star.

Hôtel à la décoration pleine de charme très bien situé à deux pas du Vatican et à une vingtaine de minutes du centre ville. Chambres confortables. Parfait pour parcourir Rome à pied. Détail intéressant, l'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus de l'aéroport (navette Sit bus shuttle). Petit déjeuner complet et bon. Nous recommandons

We loved the location and we had stayed there about 17 years ago as well. We thought it was fun to stay there again. We just wished that the air conditioning worked a bit better. Reception staff was very helpful with getting us taxi's and all. Francesco was the best!!

早めにチェックインしてくれました。朝食は美味しく、いれたてのカプチーノをサービスしてくれました。部屋は、広いですが、鍵が開け難かったです。空港送迎サービスはないです。タクシーを呼んでくれます。６０€かかりました。比較的治安も落ち着いているように感じました。このエリアに泊まってよかったです。また泊まりたいです。

Very old building poor A/C pictures and reality are extremely different. Good staff and good service but terrible facilities!

En verdad para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no está bien. Está lleno de polvo, las camas un poco viejo, la bañera en mala calidad y la regadera sin tener cuidado, todos los muebles despegados de ahí para dormir u dejar las cosas está bueno
