Clean and well maintained beach

Has a nice private beach, rooms are nice but old and no air conditioning but has fans . The electricity was out for almost an entire day but wasn't the hotels fault. Fortunately we were at the beach for most of the day.

The place is ok, not special. If it wasn't on the beach it would be just another old hotel

This was our first time at this location, we will definitely be back!!

They were doing construction on the property, which I was notified about and signed a waiver. What I did not know was that they were doing construction on the roof of the building I was staying in, woke me up at 7:30 in the morning, drilling pounding, and walking on the roof. I was on the second floor, it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

Great location with aminiries and spacious room

Only good thing about the property is its accessibility and beach access. We had a non-smoking room. It reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Our room location was terrible due to location next to restaurant dumpster being used until 2:00 am. Workers outside would also smoke at the back of the restaurant and the smoke would fill the room. Room has no A/C. You have to open the sliding glass door and use a fan to get cool air inside to sleep comfortably during the summer. No window to get cross breeze. When we booked, the site did mention the resort being under construction on the site, but we were rudely awakened just before 8:00 am with construction workers tearing the roof off right above us. There is no reason to have heavy construction that early in the morning at a resort when many people sleep until 9:00 and 10:00 o'clock AM. I spoke to the resort staff about it. They didn't care and were rude. We have stayed in many hotels and resorts. This stay was by far was the worse experience ever.

Great place with pretty beach. Friendly staff. Older decor but clean. Perfect for us. We would return.

Location is amazing. Facilities are adequate. Front staff leaves much to be desired. From miscommunication to straight false claims about telling us about an upgraded room then saying we needed to change rooms in the next fifteen minutes or pay an upgrade fee. We left a day early due to daily hassles from management.

It was in where all the action was. Nice accomdations

The property was great. Location was very good, nice private beach. Only real issue was right before checkout. My daughter and I were getting one last trip to the beach in while my spouse was loading up the car. When he went back into the room at 10:30/10:40 to double check that he’d gotten everything, a guy was already in there starting to clean. We didn’t check out at the front desk or send a text that we were out. So that was weird. Otherwise it was okay. Just a bit crowded in the evening at the beach.

Great hotel right on Lake Tahoe. They have their own private beach which is nice. I would definitely stay there again. Location is great, near restaurants and grocery stores.

Broken bathroom door handle from inside the bathroom, no hot water for 2 days despite attempts to fix, remote control was dead, called property manager left voicemail no attempt to call me back or apologize.

Good room, both hot tubs on site were out of service, which was only made clear after we booked, ultimately stayed anyways and liked the room itself.

Walls are paper thin, you could hear the conversations of everyone in surrounding rooms.

Great location near the slopes

Nice private beach area. Close to stores and places to explore.

The room was spacious and clean. Kitchen amenities were also great. The lake was super close and the beach was walkable. The staff was friendly and check in/out was smooth. Definitely recommended!
