a bit older hotel but perfect spot for the ferries and good parking

The rooms were in a poor state. Aircon was not effective and aircon system was dirty. Damage in both room and bathroom. Bar attendant was great but poor choice of drinks. The hotel is old and tired. Also had to pay for parking.

Struttura in posizione straordinaria e panoramica, distante circa 10 min in auto dal centro città, dotata di parcheggio. Camera ampia ma con arredi e accessori migliorabili, così come la pulizia sotto al letto e generale nella camera. Il bagno è datato con una vasca scomoda e placcaggio antiquato. Wi-fi molto efficace. Buona e completa la colazione. Spazi comuni molto ampi e ben curati. Il costo era più elevato del previsto

This is an excellent hotel, with terrific staff, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast.

Habitaciones pequeñas

A lovely hotel with good facilities. Room was well appointed with luggage space, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The property is well located for the city centre and the main sites as well as for local transport links and ancona's ferry terminal. Just one word of warning for guests arriving on foot with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage. There is quite a long and in places steep climb up to the hotel, so maybe consider a taxi, especially if walking from the train station first.

A key reason for choosing this hotel - after a 24-hour ferry journey - was the fact that, according to Expedia, it had a bar and restaurant, enabling us to relax without having to leave the property. Arriving on a November Sunday evening, we found the hotel rather desolate-looking and a closed bar and restaurant. Very disappointing, redeemed only by the very helpful receptionist who recommended an excellent restaurant a 10-minute walk away. Full marks to him, none to Expedia.

Horrible experience, the room was tiny and uncomfortable, couldn’t even get a power outlet. Very very noisy, hearing steps and elevator noise, just horrible

Non consigliabile

I am sorry to write something like this, but the mattress was very dirty, unfortunately we discovered that when we moved the bedsheets. I can share the pictures. The both top was old and dirty with rust. I did some pictures and I showed to the receptionist. We payed to much for what we get.

Overnight stay in Ancona before catching ferry to Greece. At check in the lady at reception was really sweet and very helpful. The hotel location is really ideal with great views, and the town centre and all restaurants are a short walk. Can’t fault the room: it was clean, comfortable and spacious. Parking was right at the hotel entrance. Altogether a very positive experience. Will stay here again.

Hotel con arredamenti un po' vecchi ma la camera era spaziosa il bagno con vasca che io non preferisco, non ha balcone, la mancanza per i week end di mangiare in hotel perché il ristorante è chiuso, anche se i ristoranti sono a circa 600 metri dall'hotel, personale cortese
