Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Comfort Inn Plainwell

We had 2 rooms reserved through Expedia since early February. When we had a travel delay, we called the hotel to inform them that we may be a day later for arrival. We were told that the hotel did not have either reservation, that they were fully booked and all reservations had checked in. Traveller beware!!!!!!

Nice pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast.

Pool was not working and exterior doors of property did not lock. But very clean..breakfast was good!

Very convenient! Great mattress.

Slow check in , wasn't busy . Was really tired when I came in and it seemed like he took forever or he didn't know what he was doing . Decided to stay here after staying at the holiday inn all week cause it was closer to the race track . I'll stick to holiday inn

Clean. Recently updated. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived on 5/24. Television didn’t work due to internet problem. Desk clerk attempted to fix it. We were advised someone would fix it the next morning, which was okay due to we were out and about. 05/25, early A.M. I mentioned something to one of the 5 females behind the counter. She said she would put a note on the room. We came back later in P.M., still not working. Talked to a different clerk, she attempted to fix it with no progress. She moved us to a different room. Also business computer not connected to internet in the business room.

Good stay

Very clean! Decent breakfast options. Bed was pretty comfortable, slept great, which is always an issue at hotels. Would definitely stay at another Comfort Inn.

Quiet and staff was nice

Didnt like all the screaming and running around outside in the hall but we dealt with it. Breakfast sucked. Bagged scrambled eggs and microwave bacon.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Was snowing when we showed up and they got 3 inch I loved it ! They did all they could do and make the parking lot stairs everything safe from ice and the service was awesome! Staff super nice I would have no second thought about staying with them every trip ! Thank you for a wonderful time :)
