Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center

We had a work conference and the AC was down. We understand they were working to fix the issue but with 90+ temps outside it was rough.

We got there on a 92 degree day.. we check in and there ac wasn't working in the hotel so we check out and went across the street and stay else where. They took out there indoor pool. I was looking forward for a swim on a hot day. The hotel across the street had an indoor pool and a working ac. They save the day.

AC was not working.

Bed was not comfortable and the A/C would not cool the room to a comfortable level. Granted, it was 92 degrees outside but it should still have worked a little better.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing! As an added bonus: we got a lovely view of the fireworks from Parkview Field from our hotel room. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was a nice get away for my wife and I.

I didn’t like how thin the walls seemed but overall I loved it!!

The property was nice. The service was exceptionally nice. It was a little noisy at night.

It’s a convenient ride from the airport. The property could definitely use renovations, but is overall clean and fine. The staff, front desk and shuttle driver Monica in particular, are absolutely excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, and give top notch service.

Hotel was great to stay at for events at the convention center. Staff was very friendly. My only minor concern was the front desk was not staffed for early morning checkout so I could not get my final Bill

Didn’t realize when Tricity said free parking they meant $15 to park in the garage. Was charged without knowing.

Not a bad stay but definitely overpriced

I was very concerned about my bathroom. The water was standing in the tub and the toilet was stopped up and water continued to rise to the top. The coffee machine in room didn't work and I had to request a new one...Several problems...

Old and dirty. I had to bleach down the tub and black mold/dirt was coming out of every crevice. It was disgusting. We were moved to a different room and it was equally filthy

This was a nice place to stay in downtown. While we were there there were multiple weddings going on. It was nice looking at all the lovely ladies and their gowns in the lobby. This is May 2025.

The food served in the dining area was excellent.

Everything went well.

It was a great location just not too clean. We could write our name in the dust. Torn sheets.....no washcloths. I never leave nad remarks but this was warranted.

Overall decent place to stay. Definitely needs some renovation some mold in the shower on the ceiling and other areas. Staff were nice and professional. Had one issue when checking in. They charged me for the room even though I paid for it through Expedia. It appears they have corrected it.
