Schallschutz in Zimmer könnte besser sein: in die Nacht musste von Nachbarzimmer Badewanne Wasserlaufen, jeder Husten und Gespräche zuhören. Ein solche schönes Hotel sollte als „ only audits” sein. Durch die Anwesenheit kleine baby’s war aufenthalt nicht so ruhig , besonders am Aussenpool ( wo Babys durften mit Pampers Schwimmen und damit die Immere von Pampers mit andere schwimmende Gäste zu teilen ). Der Pool Personal hat das als Anmerkung nicht angenommen. Wegen frühere Abreise um 5 Uhr wir haben gebeten am letzten Abend um Ersatzt von Frühstück in Form eines lanchbox uns ins Zimmer zu liefern. Zur unsere Enttäuschung in große Karton war sehr überschaubare Zusammenstellung von Speisen „ als Frühstück“, solche arme Frühstücksbox haben wir zum 1. Mal gesehen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist nicht empfehlenswert und überteuer . Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar, keine frisch gebackenes Brot. Das Hotel von sich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Equipe sensacional, extremamente gentis: todos doorman, recepção, concierge, garçons! Hotel muito lindo, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Produtos Loccitane. Sabem receber muito bem bebês, com carinho e eficiência aos pedidos. Piscinas ótimas. Realmente de luxo e conforto eles entendem e recomendo fortemente quem precisa de um hotel 5 estrelas em Lisboa. Local do hotel é quieto e agradável, com muita natureza em volta.

Spectacular hotel with impeccable service. Views are stunning and garden is an oasis in the middle of Lisboa. Only complaint is that some of gym equipment is dated and could be updated (rickety old ellipticals and quite noisy).

Lapa is very nice and quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, no surprise many embassies chose Lapa. Hotel is a former palace, so they kept the style and ambiance. Probably not a preferred place for younger folks, but we loved it a lot

Simply wonderful ! An oasis in a big city

The hotel is very nice we had a great time. We enjoyed the great food at the restaurant as well as the exotic drinks in the bar. Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing!

This was a true luxury experience in the center of Lisbon! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are staying in a palace (and you are!). Stay in the palace side to feel like a royal. Just an amazing experience!

This was our first trip to Lisbon (we will be back) and we felt like we had won the lottery with our hotel. The lobby, the rooms, the grounds and the dining were superb (we still miss the breakfast buffet) and the staff were incredible and helpful. This is a great hotel. We will be staying here again.

The staff was very attentive and the property was an experience.
