My husband I frequently make trips to Prescott and the surrounding areas. This was our first time staying at Forest Villas. The property is exquisite and when you walk into the foyer, it takes your breath away. Everyone we encountered as far as staff went, were kind and helpful. We never really lacked for service when it was needed. The continental breakfast was pretty tasty, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms have had some updates, however, the bathroom stays frigid, even with the water turned on. The beds aren't very comfortable and seem to be outdated, and the unit for AC or heat, is really loud. At times the heater would also blow cold air even though we had it turned up to 78 degrees and on heat. Some modern updates are still needed, however, we really did love our stay enough to consider staying there again.

The staff was amazing. Check-in was great. It has a lot of character. I just love the whole set up of everything. Beautiful fireplace in the lobby area.

Disappointed. They stated they had double queen rooms, but they were double beds. The towels were a variety of colors. The breakfast was cold most mornings, the exact same items and was not appealing, or really edible. The location was where we needed to be and it was quiet. But I would not stay there again. The staff however was very friendly.

We loved the local vibe and everything was great. We can’t wait to return.

We were here for a soccer tournament- staff is unbelievably friendly and they are very informed on all things Prescott. Though some parts of the hotel seem run down, it appears they are remodeling slowly. And the bed was supportive.

This place was amazing! From the initial walk in, the staff was absolutely the best! And what a beautiful entrance into the lobby with a grand staircase and the smell of freshly made cookies! The rooms were clean and had fantastic views of the pine hilltops and mountains. The areas outside to relax either by the pool, the water feature or outdoor eating area just added to the inviting nature of this place. The breakfast was great with lots of options. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice place

The hotel was wonderful, the staff was exceptional they even brought us homemade chocolate chips cookies straight from the oven while we relaxed on the patio! Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to help! Very impressed and customer service was amazing! We’ll be back!

Great stay. I booked on hotels.com and they said I'd be billed later but they billed me instantly.

It is a very nice property but needs updating. The corridors are not well lighted and carpets needs updating. But staff are very accommodating and nice. The breakfast has very good selection. Our room had multiple issues but we're promptly addressed and resolved.

Right when you walk into the lobby it smells delicious and welcoming of freshly baked cookies.

Outside area needed a little order.

We truly love this quirky property (2nd stay)! We find it hard to describe, it’s grand yet cozy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room this trip where the bathroom had been updated and that was very nice. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, staffed by employees that take pride in the food & service. The grounds are manicured and fun to explore. The pool area is pretty but we have not been there when warm enough to swim.

Only issue was that an alarm went off in the early morning hours and woke everyone up. No explanation as to why this took place.
