Convenient location to Downtown, Chinesca and Bars/Restaurants. Border Crossing is about 15 minutes away as well. Staff was very helpful and they're Breakfast Buffet was amazing.

This place used to be really good, but management hasn’t taken care of it properly. The A/C wasn’t working, and the room felt humid. The beds were super hard, and the blankets were old and yellowish. I have zero complaints about the employees; they were really nice. However, the building itself feels neglected and poorly maintained.

Muy buena estancia, tiene todo lo que uno necesita, buen alojamiento, gimnasio, bar, cafetería italiana, restaurante, área para caminar y alberca, todo reunido en el mismo lugar, no necesitas buscar más, el hotel estaba limpio, la alberca tenía mucho cloro que irritaba un poco la piel, pero de todo lo demás excelente.

Safe hotel to stay at. Staff were super helpful. Our air conditioner was on so we didn’t walk into a hot room. High recommend.

La puerta de mi habitación se batallaba en cerrar, en la madrugada entraron otros huéspedes a la habitación aparentemente ebrios, desconozco si por qué su llave abrió mi habitación o por que la puerta no estaba en las condiciones adecuadas, el personal dio solución rápida cambiando de habitación, sin embargo el susto fue muy grande. En el área de restaurante todo el personal fue amable y había variedad de alimentos

The room was a bit dirty the carpet had crumbs, the door seemed to be broken down it had a crack on the edge with a quick Mickey Mouse fix we had to force push the door to be shut, and the towels to shower the strings were falling apart one towel was ripped, the shower was dirty it looked like mold on the floor.

Clean facilities great ac breakfast available and the best part was checking out at 1pm

The room was very clean the air conditioner worked great. Their swimming pool was nice overall we would stay there again.
