Great location and staff!!!

Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. We did not visit the on-site restaurant but it's an option. I should also note that there's no free breakfast if you book through a 3rd party like Expedia, but free tea and coffee at least. Overall, it was fine and met the brief.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Hotel ran down a bit as is the area around hotel.

Just needed it to stay for the night after a Captain's game so I didn't have to drive home late. Could use some new pillows! They look nice and full but deflate to nothing LOL.

Very comfortable

Only 2 problems was the room. #1 the matteres sit into big wooden frames that have sharp cornrres and #2 the showers , you csn only reach in from the far sliding door, no way of turning on with being able to sdjust without getting wet with cold or hot water

Check in and out was a breeze. Staff was so kind and friendly and my room was nice clean and cozy. Will stay again!

The hotel was a little further from I-90 than I realized when I made my reservation but it was still easy, comfortable and convenient.

odd arrangement for 'dinner' ,,, property states it has a restaurant but ... the "restaurant" was tables and chairs. The bar tender had a menu that was fairly varied, but with no kitchen/cooks, I wondered how the dinners were made.

We have had good experiences before at four points Sheraton, but I would not recommend this one. It has double beds in these huge rooms which makes no sense. It was dark. Breakfast was not included. Wasn’t in a great neighborhood..

Bar and breakfast closed! Even though hotels.com offered me the breakfast at $11/ person when it’s only $9.50 at the hotel. Thank God I didn’t purchase the meal cause I wouldn’t be able to get that refunded!
