Great time

Delicious food in hotel restaurant.

Very nice person at the desk

Dry clean and elegant hotel. Front desk staff efficient but not warm. House keeping neglected to service my room the second day.

Nice stay, the room was a little dated but overall pretty good.

Internet didn't work on 4 different services. Called for help, they sent someone up who just disconnected and reconnected repeatedly for 25 minutes as if we didn't know to do that. Eventually I told him it was getting late (12:30am) and I would try again in the morning. Then front desk called me at 1am to suggest I restart my devices, which I had already done several times. Internet never did end up working. Not worth the premium price.

Who doesn’t like an upgrade! Awesome location and spectacular view of the Harbour! Clean bathroom great shower and love the Westin Soap!

Bartender said he knew how to make a certain drink and it was obvious that he didn't.

Clean room, great staff

The room was good, but the shower wasn't working in the morning when we got up to get ready for the day. I told the front desk person when we were checking out and he said they would look into it. It was just disappointing to not be able to get cleaned up before we left.
