The guy who was on the front desk was extremely nice. But the cleaners were so not well cleaned,The couch sheet was dirty.

Love this property it was really nice

Where do I start? Toilet wouldn’t flush, Maint told us to just hold the handle down longer. I fixed it myself Barn door to the bathroom didn’t open all the way Outlets by the bed didn’t work ( Maint fixed) No dresser dresser drawers to put our clothes Turn down service was hit or miss. Bed made poorly, towels not replaced Shower handle fell off That about sums it up. Will not return and would not reccomend.

Very good review! Enjoyed my stay. Outside was a little questionable when I first pulled up but the inside made up for that and the staff. When I arrived on Friday the front desk lady that checked me in was excellent!!!!!

The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and comfy. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was because of the highway. We were on the side with the highway and hearing sirens and cars wasn’t ideal so it made it pretty hard to go to sleep. Had to wait til the noise died down to rest.

I loved my stay. More Liency with late check out.

Stay was alright. Hotel overall cleanly. You can tell the upgrades they had done were rushed though. Doors not rolling on bathrooms properly due to unalignment, tile in shower done hastily and crooked, toilets not flushing properly. Paid for a room with 2 queens and got full sized beds. Area was ok. Also confusion on checking out as I was told I had checked out already before getting downstairs to lobby and paid in cash. Both were inaccurate so wondering if we were in wrong room or wrong information was given from the beginning.

New renovation to hotel was very nice. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Hotel location is perfect! Near freeway, shopping centers and restaurants. Will definitely consider returning to Crowne Plaza VB for future vacation stays.

This place is so beautiful and very clean. The staff is wonderful.

Super clean and nicely organized love it

Room very clean, overall facility is nice. Check-in was very quick and staff was pleasant. But $100.00 deposit for incidentals seems excessive for 1 person, 1 night stay. 😶

We are incredibly disappointed with this hotel. My husband and I arrived with our two kids to be told they no longer had any 2 queen bed rooms. Surely, they offered the presidential suite which sounds great however it only has one bed and no pull out couch. I asked for a roll away cot - not available. Got into the room to find the most disgusting bathroom. Housekeeping had to come after 10pm to clean (not ideal with 2 kids who we are trying to now figure out make shift sleeping arrangement for). No phone in the room to call for extra blankets and pillows so we had to go down to the desk 4 different times. Had to make an another trip to the desk for the WiFi password since we did not receive that at check in. We woke up to rain on what was supposed to be our beach day which was another disappointment but know we can’t control that but then the next thing we discover is no coffee cups in the room. Overall our experience was less than satisfactory and I would not recommend this hotel.
