Very friendly staff

Stayed 3 days, first room they gave me, the toilet seat was broken, friendly staff, changed my room right away, room was ok but during my stay the bed wasnt made once, garbage wasn't emptied and no new towels, I really dont think they know I was in that room lol.

Found random hairs, missing plugs in bathroom. Beds were not cleaned/stained and ended sleep on top of covers

It's good, I like it a lot, I would come back, it has good food and service.

Woulda been nice to know that there was a murder in the building a couple weeks prior to us staying there. Not even a discount or compensation.

My room smelled like it'd been smoked in for 20 years. The bed was a old antique spring frame lol.

5 star hotel.. in india. Cheap layoff, 10 inch low quality spring matress with no pads, cheap blankets.. wait 20 minutes for hot water to warm up. General design is cheap. Building exterior, terrible.

Its a low-cost hotel (by Calgary standards). You get what you pay for. Basically, lower your expectations, you are saving money!

The room i had didn't have a security lock latch and the window was not sealed all the way. It was also very dirty. They did give me another room when I was concerned about my security because I couldn't lock my room. Overall I won't say there again

The room condition was poor.

Unprofessional renovations Our room had dust buddies in several corners . No towel racks. Spills on furniture . No dishes, no utensils, no kitchen towels, . In what was supposedly an upgraded room . Horrible Pillows . Towels were not fresh . No Kleenex. Kitchenette sink was un clean . Fridge had collapsing shelves . Toiletries were stale. Windows were bolted shut. No wifi . Telephone was filthy .

Poor service, dirty place

It was warmer in the room and window only opened about an inch and the “AC” was not cold. It did not really make the room cool. I would have called downstairs if it was hotter than yesterday outside.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room looked worn out and outdated, and the TV seemed like it hadn't been upgraded in years. The space was very small, making it feel uncomfortable. For the price, I expected something more modern and better organized.
