Restaurant service is awful. Little things that could be solved easily but exist due to staff shortage! no napkins at tables, you have to search for sugar, salt. Constantly requesting staff to supply coffee mugs, butter, utensils. Don't think it's the kitchen staff as they are seen hustling, they just need to add personnel. A person in charge of it and at the restaurant who could notice this small things happening would easily solve this issues. I saw many patrons upset about this.

Absolutely a great time at this place everytime! Safe and clean and located central to every thing really!! Will be back again! Fins up!!

Aunque el servicio es bueno, el hotel está demasiado abandonado, no le hacen mantenimiento hace mucho tiempo, las puertas se están cayendo, en general huele terrible, demasiado costoso para lo que tienen.

Convincente and location

Escogí una habitación premium y me entregaron una habitación sencilla que no está de acorde a lo pactado. El hotel se encuentra en un deterioro total, luces fuera de servicio el baño en pésima condiciones, el tv se encuentra con rayas que impide ver bien. El personal muy buena atención.

El edificio necesita muchas reparaciones. Mi cuarto 617 tenia los vidrios rotos y durante un dia de tormenta se mojó la cama. Los baños requieren reparaciones estructurales.

The first thing they went wrong was that I rented a junior suite but they didn't have it available when I got there. They put me in a regular room even though I paid for a junior suite. The porter is the one that helped get me into a bigger room. The bed was very uncomfortable in that room and I woke up sore everyday. They have better rooms so I cannot explain why this makes up happened. The maids service or cleaning ladies. The porter is the only reason I am writing this is high as I did because he was that excellent and bailed them out of a worse rating. I'll try going back there one more time when I come back and see if anything improved but for now this is why I rated it the way that I did.
