Excelente servicio, la habitación impecable y la comida muy buena. Me dejaron hacer mi checkout a las 2:00 pm porque tenía que tomar una video conferencia con colegas en Asia y eso me marcó la diferencia. Gracias!

Staff was great

This was my 3rd stay at this property. I continue to return to the property because of its location as well as the condition/amenities and the excellent service provided by the staff. The hotel is located adjacent other 5 star properties and is close to major sites and excellent dining options. It doesn’t get much better than the Hyatt Regency.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was ‘old school’ Hyatt design with lots of glass, an atrium, soaring ceilings but brought up to a modern look. My room was very clean and inviting. The food in the hotel restaurant I went to was excellent. The neighborhood was perfect for my needs. I would most definitely stay here again.
