We had a pleasant stay overall, mainly thanks to the wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the reception team was especially helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, and the temperature stayed around 30°C throughout the night. We were told there was nothing that could be done to fix it. The reception kindly provided us with a fan, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t enough to make the room comfortable for sleeping. The excellent service from the staff deserves praise, but the issue with the air conditioning had a significant impact on our stay.

Décoration vieillissante dans les chambres, au contraire de l'entrée de l'hotel. Le restaurant est a déconseillé car nourriture décongelée sans goût au contraire de se qui est annoncé au menu et des photos. Accompagnement légumes de saison, ouais une ratatouille décongelée de grande distribution.
