No prendieron el Aire acondicionado a pesar de la hora de calor

Très bon hôtel. La chambre était agréable avec un sas qui permet de ne pas avoir de bruit de couloir. Le petit déjeuner était copieux j’ai apprécié la machine à pancakes. Le personnel est très gentil. Merci je reviendrai ☺️

I requested a full refund as I left this hotel and did not even spend the night. There was dog feces on the hall way carpet and it smelled like urine. Additionally, during a heatwave, this place has no air condition which they do not inform unless you ask why it is so warm in the room. Additionally, the receptionist had “plenty of attitude.” Although I had prepaid, I left this property. As a Platinum Accor Member, I am vey shocked that this hotel is associated with the brand.

Out of town in an industrial estate so only really accessible via car. Property and room felt very run down and tired, one of the pillows had a stain of it. Breakfast was basic and didn’t get replenished.

Incredibly dated room with grotty tiles. Photos on the hotels.com website had 7 photos of beautiful traditional houses with captions saying 'View from the accommodation'. In fact the accommodation is in an industrial estate just off the main road. Beware! The breakfast was sub par too with artificially flavoured juice drinks rather than juice.

Arrived about midnight, pretty much no parking available, car park had coach and lorry cab taking up multiple spaces. Room comfortable. Good location

Room was too warm. Air conditioning didn't respond - probably set to winter mode still. Parking was free but limited. Lots of Tesla spaces instead. Lovely breakfast selection and nice outdoor space.

Det er et ældre hotel og værelserne lidt slidte. Men et fint sted at sove for en enkelt nat. Restauranten prøvede jeg for første gang. Meget dårlig service fra start. Personalet oplyste at man kunne få snacks efter 15:00, det kunne man ikke da jeg kontaktede tjeneren 15:03. Jeg var nede at spise sammen med en kollega. Kvaliteten på maden var lav. Tjenere stod og snakkede åbenlyst og så ikke gæster som havde brug for service. Fadøl virkede ikke ordenligt. Det er nok ikke her jeg sover en anden gang...

Die Bilder der Unterkunft stimmen weder von außen, noch von innen ansatzweise überein. Die Entfernungen zum Grote Markt oder auch zum Zoo Antwerpen stimmen ebenfalls nicht. Wir waren absolut schockiert. Reisen tun wir viel, aber so ein schäbiges Hotel hatten wir noch nie. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, weil wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben. Grundsätzlich war es ein Wunder, dass wir nicht in der Nacht der Ankunft direkt wieder zurück gefahren sind. Warmes Wasser gab es nur bedingt und die Heizung hat auch nicht wirklich funktioniert.

The front pincture is a total fake as it is in an industrial area where passes a lot of truck. The hotel is confi though and quiet.
