Nice area of Madrid

Quick overnight stay and wish we had more time to stay longer. Check-in process for 3 guest rooms was smooth. Offered glass of sparkling wine & staff took our family photo in the lobby. Clean, quiet, well-appointed room and bathroom. Will stay here again. Walkable to Parque de Retiro and restaurants in Alcalá and Salamanca barrios.

The night my daughter stayed with us , The room was too small for three!!!! I know that it stated a suite but we were too uncomfortable. The room was great though ! The people in the front desk were wonderful and very helpful! The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was very good!

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se escucha el ruido de las demás,cuando cierran las puertas, cuando gritan, la habitación requiere actualizaciones y mejora en la decoración hoy es desorganizado los cuadros torcido, la cortina desordenada, se ve viejo.

Por el costo esperaba una habitación mas grande, el estacionamiento era minúsculo, raspé un rin y voy a tener que pagarlo a la empresa arrendadora. El costo del estacionamiento muy alto por dia.

The hotels overall appearance is really nice. The staff was really friendly. The food and drinks on the rooftop were really nice, it’s a shame the pool was closed even when temperatures reached 34 degrees. I know it says that it’s open from June, but when it’s 34 degrees just a week before June, you should just open it really. The rooms look nice and are comfortable, though they are super super noisy and we woke up very early because of al the noise from doors closing and/or housekeeping cleaning other rooms while making a lot of noise, this for me ruined the experience a bit and this will prevent me from coming here again.
