The key system was down, so I had to have someone walk me to my room to let me in. Fortunately, they issued a refund after I explained that I wasn’t ok with the lack of key situation.

Cold water did not work in the shower and bury one of our children, we alerted the hotel to this and they did not apologize. The AC in our room also did not work. Ultimately we moved to a new room, but their key card system went down and we were not issued any keys. One elevator was out of order. Rooms and furniture was run down. Will not stay here again.

Didn't like that there was only one elevator. The Breakfast was awesome along with the commplimentry drinks and snacks. Very nice place to staff. Will stay again and will hope that the elevator will be fixed by then.

Everything was awesome about this trip. I love this hotel, spacious clean, awesome breakfast- all of the breakfast staff make you feel like your mama's cooking your breakfast. It is close to all of the spots on the Williamsburg main strip of Richmond Road that we like to go to. Even the bed was the most comfortablest. Really loved Corey's soul food another excellent place to eat, added to one of our old favorites, which is Captain George's. It is so welcoming that all of the staff make you feel like they really want you to feel at home and it's not just a job. Last but not least, Meadows, frozen custard is to die for.

Property is conveniently located. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Look forward to coming again.

Looks like they over sold the rooms and don’t want to inform any of the patrons.Drove 4 hrs to Williamsburg and came in to realize that they oversold the rooms.Two other families had the same experience on that same day while we were waiting to check in.Terrible mismanagement

Absolutely love the Managers reception every evening, the full breakfast is always good, the staff is superb, friendly, but it's a shame the property hasn't been updated. the hallway walls are stained, look awful and could REALLY UNDERGO A RENOVATION. The owner needs to make this a priority sooner than later PLEASE. We want to continue visiting the area and love this property.

This hotel badly needs a renovation. Extremely dated and run down. But the staff was friendly and efficient.

Housekeeper left trash outside the room door when they cleaned the room. I let the front desk know and they said they would get it cleaned up right away. No one cleaned it and it was still there when I checked out. Food is very mediocre; coffee is terrible.

Property was very outdated and disgusting, stains on the walls lampshades and sofa, was given a transfer to a new room and there were roaches in the tub and the smell of mildew was coming through the vents

The hotel and staff were all nice.....the room was good too. Unfortunately we had a woman call our room constantly during every day and then started at 1:30 am until we finally had to unplug the phones....we did not appreciate that and constantly interrupted our sleep.

Always love to stay at an Embassy Suites.

Only issue I had was both elevators where not working which made for long get up and get down time otherwise everything was perfect close to everything food is all around

There was a family reunion there, so seats were limited for breakfast which was already mediocre. There was a fire in one of the elevators and they claimed to have given everyone 15% off but it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing.

Hotel rooms need updating air conditioning did not work most of the time. Breakfast was not that good. Room was clean and staff friendly
