Was wonderful to find a place close to the train station. Booked last minute when we could not get a train to our actual destination til the next day. Very nice property. Super comfortable bed. Older property but well kept. If more than one person check your actual reservation. I requested on hotels.com for 2 people but only gave price for one. Added 30 euro for the 2nd person at the property. Definitely not the hotels fault. The breakfast was very good

Habitación fría, baño muy frío. Fue una reserva hecha a última hora del día (sobre las 21:30 con llegada al hotel a las 22:30 que hicimos el check in) por una emergencia y aunque pone cunas disponibles en las habitaciones solo te la ponen si coincide con el horario de la camarera (que ya no estaba)… por lo que no pudimos tener cuna para el bebé y la habitación asignada tenía dos camas … que aunque las juntases tenían un hueco bastante grande en el medio… si pedías una cama sola tenías que pagar suplemento por premium/deluxe.. el desayuno bien

We stayed for a weekend in Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá. The staff was kind but nothing special. For the price we paid the breakfast was average, the surrounding was a bit noisy and crowded as the Metro/Train Station was nearby. It has a great access to the station. There are not many places where you can dine in and nothing around the hotel. In overall, a good located hotel for central Madrid.

何も悪いところがなかったです。 スタッフ親切で、部屋も綺麗。駅から近い。朝食も美味しかったです。また利用したいです。

Estava ok, mas o banheiro podia ser melhor. A tampa da privada estava solta e as toalhas nao eram boas. Café da manha bom!

Necesita reparación y actualización en algunas zonas de la habitación, los muebles son algo viejos e incómodos y en el baño hay cosas rotas y que no funcionan bien. La propiedad está, por otra parte, muy bien ubicada y conveniente

Sempre fico neste hotel e tambem recomendo para amigos. Localizacao muito boa, por ser perto de metro e estacao de trem. Cafe da manha muito bom.

Excellente qualité de l’accueil et rapidité lors du check-in. L’hôtel est idéalement situé proche de la gare et du quartier d’affaire de Chamartin. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes ainsi que la piètre qualité de la literie sont à déplorer toutefois le sérieux et l’amabilité du personnel font rapidement oublier ces petits désagréments

Las camas no son nada comodas Lanueva politica de nodejar pasar con las maletas al desayuno es absurda. Bajas a desayunar,no hay nadie en recepcion y haces el check out, pero te toca volver y hacer cola para dejar la maleta y, lo que es peor, cuando terminas el desayuno y quieres irte, tienes que volver a esperar la cola para recoger tu maleta... Norma absurda y, totalmente, ineficiente

I got there an hour before check-in time and my room was ready. It had all I needed, a good desk, stocked minibar and a confortable bed. The location for what I needed was unbeatable (next to the train station), but it's kind of boring. Their breakfast starts early (at 7am) and is glorious.

Albergo bello nell’insiemo ottima colazione, ma le camere risentono un po’ dell’età, i letti si muovono troppo facilmente; e il televisore a schermo piatto è vintage e non Smart tv…. Peccato.

The poorest hotel I ever had for 200€/night. Awfull bad, in which I felt the matrass springs pushing through. On top my room was streetside and during the night it was like the people outside were like passing in my room > bad insulation (my room was on 1th floor close to hotel entrance) Elevator in hotel must be the slowest ever. Breakfast was OK

Buena ubicación e instalaciones cómodas y limpias. El único problema fueron los ascensores. Uno no funcionaba otro había que tomar unas escaleras entonces gestionar maletas con uno solo era muy lento
