Room was nice although the AC had a funky smell (room 207). We had breakfast there 1 day and it was solid. Overall the Staff were the highlight. Super responsive and helpful. Really great crew

午前１１時ごろに到着し荷物だけ預かってもらう予定でしたが、チェックイン出来、部屋に入れた。マドリードのセントロへ軽装で出掛けることが出来た。エアポートからのアクセス良好。朝食も良かったしスタッフ皆が親切だった。機会があれば次回も宿泊したい。

Great hotel in all aspect except the bathroom which had no privacy for a couple and my opinion was a design mistake which could and can easily be fixed

Mjög þægilegt hótel. Morgunverðurinn frábær. Á herberginu var kaffivél og minibar. Borðuðum á barnum, maturinn hefði geta verið betri. Sáum fáa vera að borða á veitingastaðnum á hótelinu. Leigubílastöð rétt við hótelið. Tók okkur ca hálftíma að fara í leigubíl í miðbæinn.

Check in was quick, friendly and faultless. Reception team member explained all relevant information and made us feel welcome. Room was bigger than expected and furnished in a light, modern and comfortable style. We stayed here to go to a football match at the Bernabéu, after reading the hotel is 10 minutes walk away. It was a maximum of 10 minutes, very easy walk and so convenient for the stadium. The hotel met or exceeded expectations, excellent value considering the location and quality.
