Old interior. Bathroom counter falling down. Bathtub rust spots. Needs updating. It was a mid range priced hotel in the area. Hampton was nicer but twice the price. Get what you pay for I guess.

The front desk personnel was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were very clean and nice comfortable beds.

Very good price for the quality of the room. Desk clerk was knowledgeable and experienced (often not the case!). He was able to resolve a booking problem in which only one room of the two we had booked online had been changed to a corrected date on a “non-refundable” reservation! Very grateful for that.

A/C nice and quiet. Coffee good. Bad: mattress, lighting (missing lightbulbs, or low-wattage bulbs - bathroom is very poorly lit, can’t see to shave or do makeup If you needed a bath instead of a shower, out of luck. No stopper in tub. Wallboard peeling, there’s a hole in the wall at the baseboard inside bathroom by the door. (Rm 226)

This hotel is my second go to if the Hilton is booked. It’s cleaner than the Comfort inn for sure and a lot nicer/cleaner/safer than Americas Best Value inn. The room was nice had plenty of space the beds were comfy and clean. The microwave and fridge worked great! It was quiet and safe! My only complaint is the bathroom was way smaller than I thought!

The whole property looked like it was falling apart. The ceiling in our bathroom had a huge crack in it and there was mold probably because the ventilation didn’t work. The pool hasn’t been working since 2017 according to a staff member and we couldn’t get our t.v to work. The breakfast was ok just like other hotels. For the amount of money we paid, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Front desk staff was excellent. Suite was nice but bathroom could use a couple minor repairs. Clean and quiet. Good value.

Property is for the most part well maintained. Some worn and stained items but not real bad. Room was very comfortable. In my opinion it is a better and more comfortable stay than the parent Clarion property down the road.

There is some wear on the trim but this hotel is more than servicable. Friendly and helpful staff!

Definitely a no frills hotel. Not ideal for traveling with a young child as they do not have portable cribs/pack n plays available. The lighting was very dim in the room and the hallways. The ac unit in the room did not keep the room cool and it got pretty warm during the night. There was a hole in the carpet in the room and the beds were very firm. The lock on the side entry door to the hotel was broken and did not lock.

The need was very comfortable. And the shower has great pressure. I would stay here again.

Sheets had dirty paw prints on them. Damage to tile in bathroom.

Our room wasn’t super clean. The kitchen part of the room still had old food from the people before.

No phone, chair broken, no lightbulbs in sockets, broken light bulb on floor. TV no reception had to get management to fix. Pool was not open. The worst places we have ever stayed in.

Lobby and parking area were decent. Room was clean. The elevator had tape over a broken button and the shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. Breakfast was ample but could use a bit more selection. I slept decently and felt the security of the hotel was sufficient but wondered if all exterior doors locked after hours like they are supposed to.

Tub didnt have a slip mat amd wouldn't drain. There was no coffee in the room. Hotel said they were out. There were no sherts for the extra bed. Water damage on the wall in the bathroom.

Our room definitely needs updates. Peeling wallpaper, rusted tub,etc. They seemed busy so I'm guessing other rooms are in better shape

The mattress was comfortable. The elevator was broken. The pool and hot tub were broken and there were some sketchy people hanging out by the side door.
