Noise after I was told I was in a quiet room

Felt unsafe walking in parking lot at night. I had to park in the back as I am a lady I felt unsafe.

Conveniently located, closer to dining, shopping, beach. Parking is an extra $16. Staff not friendly or welcoming at all. No suggestion on what the hotel is offering at restaurant or bar. We were told we have a newly renovated room but we were not happy with our room. The door was damaged, shower door edge grossly dirty. Had to call HK to clean it. Upon checkout no questions asked, no urgency to check how we did, just what we hadin incidents and thanks.

There is a significant extra charge for parking and since the hotel is located in a densely populated neighborhood there is really no alternative. Ventura city has terrible parking regulations-almost every space is sized for a compact car-so maybe this parking charge is just following those guidelines? I would give this hotel an excellent rating but for the parking issue.

Garbage hotel. Run down, many things in rooms broken, and overall just looking like it's a facility for sale or on the way out. Restaurant and Bar empty and no staff visible, although open at the time. Used towels in the closet of my room. Super tired so after checking the bed, decided to sleep and get out as earlyl as possible the next day. Will not be returning.

Nice enough hotel but confusing development without good signage of how to get to your room. The 4th floor is broken up by the middle Section which only has 3 floors, so unless you know this is the layout, it could take you a while to find your room on the 4th floor. I had to ask an attendant how to get to my room, which was a first. The restaurant/bar area was mediocre. I expected more from a Marriott in a beach town, but the facility and room was nice enough. Not worth the high rate in my opinion.

Everything we wanted and needed for a family vacation: beach, pool, hot tub, great breakfast, clean and nice condition. Great service.

Friendly staff, clean property, not a homeless persons in sight. Great place to stay. Can't go wrong with this place!! Best view of the beach. Great waking to downtown Ventura. Great restaurant in hotel. Friendly staff. Great workout rooms

Creeper at the hot tub. Every time my wife & I went to the spa. This weird pilot would be right behind us. Like within 5 minutes he’d be creeping around. Total creeper

Room was nice. Property kind of corporate feeling but i think that’s the major clientele so… Amenities nice and location good and close walk to beach.
