No one at the reception desk when we got there. Called the hotel phone and the front desk phone rang and rang. Someone finally came out of the elevator over 10 minutes later. Shower head could not be adjusted.

Need more parking space

Room needs new carpet, drapes and overall upgrade. Very gloomy and depressing atmosphere. Breakfast buffet very poor with cold eggs, no Raisin Bran and a dreary setting. Hardly worthy of a 4 star rating.

Staff was supper nice.

The room smelled musty. The bathtub was covered in mold. I really wouldn't stay there again.

Clean and spacious

It didn’t seem like our room was properly cleaned. The spare pillow they left for us was dirty and stained. There was a Cheeto on the floor. The inside of the trashcan was disgusting and looked like it had mold in it. The staff kept setting a bag over the trashcan but refused to clean it until I wrote a note and set it in the hallway on day 3. It was so gross. I took a picture of it. There was no milk at breakfast for three days, so my kids couldn’t eat cereal and we didn’t have milk with our coffee. The bottom of the toilet where it meets the floor was covered in pee. The ice machines and washer all leak so there was always a puddle of water around them. Overall, the place was gross.
