There were pretzel pieces and crumbs on the floor in my room. The soap holder In the bathroom was also cracked. I listed these concerns on a survey and the manager called the next day to apologize, and asked if we wanted to change rooms. Although we did not change rooms, I appreciate his willingness to address my concerns and will stay at that property again.

Stay was great. Only issue I had was I was put in a handicapped room and there was no counter space in the bathroom.

A short walk to the Stadium.

The hotel staff was excellent; the room was a bit noisy due to some mechanical things. Maybe an air conditioner, or elevator, or laundry room. The bathroom was very clean, but very tiny. The T.V. channel didn't work. I had to unplug the T.V. and then plug it back in. It finally worked. The front offered to check it out, but if they couldn't fix it I would have to wait until tomorrow. Overall, it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel. I would stay again.

Upon arrival and as I passed through the lobby each time Jocelyn provided excellent customer service. She placed me in a very nice, clean and quiet room. Thank you!

Loved my stay. I was here visiting family and it was the perfect location. The hotel was clean, the room very sizable with comfortable bedding and the complimentary breakfast was two thumbs up

This is the first hotel where I saw guest had to put their bags on the trolley and use it themselves to get their luggage to their rooms. At other hotels, there would be a bellman that does this kind of work. Maybe that is how this hotel is operated but I do not know this for sure.

It was so nice to have a pull out couch in addition to the two beds. With two kids one was able to sleep on the couch so that they each had their own bed.

Well run property and close enough to walk to Battery Park / Braves stadium if you are in good health (less than a mile but hilly)

The hotel was nice and in walking distance to Truist Park. The bathroom was very small. It was hard to sit on the toilet or shower without closing the door to the bathroom.

Clean and comfortable. Very considerate staff.
