Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The only issue we encountered was with the ironing board. It was not in good condition and kept collapsing when any pressure was applied to the board. Reported to Santiago upon check out. Also, Santiago was very nice and pleasant during the check-in process.

Whenever you chose a holiday inn express, you know what you would get. Not surprises 3 adults and 1 kid. Overall the room and bathroom where clean, and we had a good night of rest.

Clean

The property is surrounded by a less desirable area. Do not plan to travel here by public transportation. That being said, the property itself was quite nice. Looks like a newer hotel surrounded by older less nice area. The property had a decent fitness center and a continental breakfast. Breakfast had the typical. Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancake area, toast, bagels, peanut butter and jam. Juices were OJ, Cran, Apple and water. Coffee and tea was available. Cereal as well. Room was really nice and the pool was decent. Outside area was nice and neat. The stay was nice just area was not great.

Staff came right away to fix the toilet. Awesome!

The stay was pre cruise. We were given excellent service. Food was good. Room was clean and modern. We were able to park there and was shuttled to the port. Great overall

We arrived 6 hours late due to flight delays from a storm. I called ahead to state we would arrive late and the staff were very accommodating and noted our delayed arrival for the next staff coming on duty. Greeted with a warm smile when we finally arrived. They also provided free transportation to our ship the next morning. 😀👍

Loved: Convenient location, easy check-in & out, pool nice with waterfall, good sized gym, clean room, bed & chaise lounger comfy, Keurig in room, dove products, easy parking Needs Improvement: cold/limited breakfast, uncomfortable pillows, bath/pool towels nearly super-thin and toddler-sized, no shower water pressure

POOR WATER PRESSURE AND TEMPETURE

Pool closes too early, some things in the room( toilet and bed) either made noises or (lamp) didn’t work right. Staff was pretty good and breakfast was good but no waffle maker. Good location too.
