Staff support was lacking

Room was very nice, we had a jetted tub and it was nice, the pool downstairs was a bit busy but still good, room was very clean, the overall hotel was clean! Restaurant was super busy so we didn’t get to go but maybe next time!

Rooms could use an update. We were disappointed the hot tub was undergoing maintenance and no notice provided ahead. We were looking forward to that after a long day of skiing. Service was great though and the restaurants were very convenient. Even some live music one night!

When we arrived our rooms were not together but they quickly made sure that they were - They were very behind on cleaning rooms so we had to wait and did not get checked in until close to 4pm but they did give us breakfast coupons for this inconvenience and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious but I am very sad about how we were treated by restaurant staff like an inconvenience because we have 4 children it was nice to see their attitudes change when they realized they are well behaved children but it was upsetting and unnecessary until this point - very happy with rooms and pool area but will unlikely use the restaurant again for our stays

Great staff and clean rooms very convenient location in town!!

The room is run down. A shadow of its former glory. Wall paper peeling off the walls. Shower floor was discoloured. I wore flip flops. Staff was helpful and courteous. Our floor was noisy.

Room was alright. Disappointed hot tub was closed as only reason booked this hotel. Pool area was freezing but kids say pool was warm

Unreal how kind and friendly the staff was here...how accommodating they were with everything, even the pub and Casey's which you have access from inside...the difficult to understand room description that expedia had on the website calling the room a double room making me think it was a room with 2 beds caused me to book the wrong room...Kimberly fixed everything!!!amazing! They even let my teens play their guitar and sing the evening away in the lobby area at night while i was resting in my room. I can't say thank you enough....we had bad neighbours above us, sounded like a herd of elephants doing aerobics at odd hours, but that's out of their control and also the beds are not very comfortable but it definitely makes up for the kindness and the above and beyond that they have displayed...will definitely stay again and 100% recommend.

The room was spectacular nice and clean a tad dated but has everything you need. This is the 3rd time staying at this location over the last 15 years. I was really looking ford to be able to stay at the Governor Generals Suite. This is one of there nicer suites. Definitely not cheep to stay in the room just the security depoet is 600.00 and worth it as the room is really a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in size. The apartment suite showes its age but shows a time of glamer and glory. Down side for the price you pay you would expect better customer services. When I was checking in after a 7 hour drive to get there I asked the receptionist if the room would be avaliable for a second night as my slef and my guests my need to extend are business buy a day. The receipt looked me over and seen a man in track pants and a a sweeter as i like to be comfortable for long drives and she replies. The room is vary expensive and as i went through Expedia i would have to come back in the morning to check the availability. What can I say. Should I have ANNOUNCED that i work for the largest gold producers in the world to get a simple question answered like is the room avaliable for another night. I was not expecting to be received as someone who couod not afford a room just because i went through Expedia. And the list of customer services issues for the price you pay can go on and on but i am limited on space for this review.

Room and service was good. Just the bed was smaller than what we wanted. And the couch has stains on it. We didn’t wanna sit on it.

I arrived @ 7Pm after a 15 hour drive, walked in the lobby and there were two people behind the desk. The gentleman was helping a guest, the second one whose name is Car, was chatting with a coworker about the nachos that coworker had just ordered from Casey’s. I stood there for a minute or two while they finish their conversation. The coworker walked away when Car looked up at me and said “Sup” I assume that meant that she was ready to check me in, I hadn’t booked yet so I asked her if the price direct was better than the price I would get on Expedia. She told me that Expedia was a rip off always and ask me what kind of room I wanted. I asked for some pricing to compare and Expedia turned out to be $60 cheaper today. So I booked on Expedia. No problem there. I askedHow do I get to 502 she then pointed me to the elevator said between the pillars, hit the button. I am in Sault Ste. Marie about 15 times a year. I have always stayed at the Quattro until today. I also book rooms for my clients when I’m here as they are all from out of the country and working in agriculture means I have to bring them to the field as I can’t bring the field to them. It was just me this time. I would be embarrassed if one of my clients told me this story. Where I put them up as a reflection on me, very unprofessional, and not at all great service.

Room was very outdated and in disrepair they gave us the wrong room , and the heat was not working when it was -20° outside! Was supposed to be a suite but had no hot tub in the room not a nice room carpets were dirty out in the hallways..
