Room was adequate and breakfast was actually really good. My only complaint was the very loud roof construction this morning at 7am. The machine used to remove the shingles was excessively loud and we weren't able to sleep. Next time advise ahead of time if your planning on doing loud construction early in the morning, it ruined the stay.

The staff were really friendly, we had no problems with them. The breakfast in the morning was also really good! Although, we did find the room to be very dirty. It doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned besides making the bed. The carpet was full of stains (I wouldn’t dare to take my shoes off), the mirror wave had food inside it and food on the outside of it. There was also lots of dirt and handprints on the walls and tons of stains on the bed (no mattress protector).The mould in the shower looked like it was in the caulking, so the cleaning staff can’t do much about that, but everything else like the crumbs on the floor and the garbage in the trash can was in their control. After initially reading some of the reviews, I was worried about bed bugs, but I didn’t find any. However, we were visited by a mouse in the middle of the night. Overall, it was the cheapest stay we could get at $85, but I think the price should have been lower considering the state of our room.

when we are about to get inside our room (RM 343) it was not ready, the linens are still on the floor, beds were not made. we transferred to the other room but the linens are dirty.

room is clean, staff told us that kitchen is open around 4am to grab some coffee but was closed. Should have at least complementary bottle water in the room.

Bugs flying around in the bathroom. Mice in the middle of the night chewing thru a bag of snacks on the table. This place should be torn down and judging by the condition of the room it's halfway there. Avoid at all cost

The only complaint I have about our room is that it was dated, and the door did not quite close enough to seal.

Very friendly staff, dated furnishings but clean rooms. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, bagels and cereal. Very pleasant.
