The room, my initial reception, both were excellent.

just a 1 night stay, Starbucks in the lobby was great, hotel staff were great, but our room had a damp musty feel to it.

The hotel was fine but on our last day they started working on the roof without closing off the side exits. On our way out the side door to our car we were nearly hit by pieces of shingles and nails as the workers were just throwing them off the roof. I’ve never experienced such irresponsible and dangerous management. I found a manager and he left to tell them to close off the exits - although they didn’t do it for all as the workers were moving around the roof. To top this it off, even though checkout is at 12pm they cleaned my room earlier. When I tried to go back in my room the cleaning lady told me I shouldn’t go back in at 11am because she already cleaned it (even though I hadn’t yet checked out). I told her I never checked out and still had the room for 1 more hour. 15 minutes later someone knocked on the door and tried to walk in again while I was laying down. The door stopper was on so they left.

Was there for a wedding had a wonderful stay clean quiet and relaxing beds were comfy and rooms were cool

The friendly staff

Wifi is extremely slow. Could not connect my Firestick, even though it should have been a simple connection. Front desk had no idea how to remedy. I will say this, though. We forgot our Temperpedic pillow and they did contact us to collect it. It's an ok stay. They could improve a little. But we'll stay again.
