As a guest I wasn't able to use the restroom in the lobby area, being a female traveling from Florida paid for a room and was told I could use the mens room is ridiculous and unheard of. My husband and I paid for the room it was so hideous we didnt even stay in the room we check out and went elsewhere in the pouring rain.

The toilet wasn't flush all the way. Just awful

It was ok

In a nice location with plenty of options for food and shopping close by. The hotel was pretty clean for the most part, I did find a bit of staining on the comforter but the front staff would’ve had no problem replacing it if I asked, I usually bring my own. They had light breakfast options and coffee in the morning which were decent but there were other options in the area. Front staff was approachable and helpful.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was plenty spacious. Great place for taking your family.

The pictures are false the rooms looks nothing like the pictures my daughter found roaches around coffee pot in room shower head was rusty room smell stale carpets dirty light fixtures broken..bed linen had black spots on it

Older rooms needs updating.

The hotel is old and tired. The wifi is terrible.

Hotel needs updating badly.

The area outside of the hotel was very well kept. There’s a lot of dining options within walking distance. The hotel itself is extremely outdated. It needs a modern update. The breakfast options were god awful. Good things there’s an iHop across the street. The rooms were not fully cleaned. As a maintenance man myself I found 9 issues in the room. The rooms have a 1990’s type of feel.

A little more money than it should be but decent

We are travel nurses working at the Sumter Co Jail so it was very convenient as far as location. We unfortunately miss out on the breakfast since we have to be at work earlier than they start serving. We haven't had any problems so far with each time that we've stayed fthrough the past month. I would like to see if we would be able to be considered for any discount since we are there for at min two weekends a month for 2 nights.

The staff were friendly

Its was good. Everything I needed to relax.

All of the furniture in lobby and breakfast area was stained and dirty. Breakfast was not edible. Facility was generally not maintained. Police entered the hotel to perform a search. I will avoid this brand in the future.

The room was great Breakfast could be better. Staff was great. Would stay again.
