staff was extremely courteous. (Both the night and day people). Hotel was clean. I was there unexpectedly and didn’t feel pressured to get in/out fast.

Pool was great for the kids. One elevator was down but that didn’t cause any problems getting up to your room. The other elevator was running and was quick.

The pool needs to be open later after the childrens bedtime

Booked room . Checked in and room was used. Went to get another room they had none they were all dirty. The out me in an upgrade room for my trouble but in middle of night smoke alarm beeped all night . Got no sleep had a migraine from the noise. Hotel made no effort to accommodate. Never again . Poor cust service and quality poor

The room was partially remodeled but it was done poorly. Two out of the five pillow cases was dirty. There were roaches. The bathroom was dirty, the shower mechanism was broken (unhinged from the wall), they gave me a room for people with a handicap. I didnt need it. The shower floor was not properly graded, so the water flowed into the rest of the small bathroom. Lots of trash around the property outside and portions of the parking lot was weed infested. What was good? The staff was pleasant and the hotel allowed for dogs at a reasonable rate.

The rooms were very nice and the grounds were welcoming. The bed was SO comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful ( get there early) and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. Hotel was centrally located to many attractions and locations. Will definitely return.

It was good. I come here every year for the tournament and I’ll be coming back next year!

Conditioner was empty, no shower gel (moisturizer in the shower?), trash in the hallway outside our door, remote missing it's back, dirty pool.....

I have never stayed at a more disgusting and poorly run hotel. First review ever for a reason. No hot water for showers, broken ac in room, sticky floors, dirty towels. I asked for maintenance for 2 days and no one ever came and my room was non refundable. The hotel owners and daughter hung out and chatted out loud while the guests were at breakfast in the lounge area. It was like they enjoyed watching over their personal toilet. Parking lot had weeds knee high growing around cars. Don't go!

The only good thing about our stay was the bed - comfortable and soft sheets. Breakfast was gross. Coffee tasted burnt, no creamer options. Muffin tasted old.

They have done a good job updating the hotel, but still needs some finishing touches. Staff is trying hard to help customers with any issues and are very polite.

The room floors were dirty upon arrival. The man at the front desk entered our room with the master key without knocking. Also housekeeping left our room door wide open while we were off the property. Terrible experience.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, however noise from the common room was often too loud and lasted until after 11:00 pm.
